FILE SIZE / GRAPHIC GUIDELINES

• 300dpi high resolution files. .pdf files are recommended. Please note we cannot accept Publisher or .doc files.
• No full bleeds, or large, heavy solid ink coverage can be printed due to ink transfer
• 1/8" margins are required on all envelope edges
• Please review our complete Graphic Guidelines.

PRODUCTION

• Once your order and information is received, the files will be checked and you will be notified if there are any issues with your files.

• Proofs (.pdf format) will be emailed for all print-ready artwork orders received.
  
  Proofs will be emailed in approximately 24 hours (during business days)
  
  Please note that your written approval is required before your job can start production.
