Donation Receipts - Carbonless Forms are printed in 2 part or 3 part sets that are glued at the top of each 2 or 3 part set. Forms are printed to collect information from donors for thrift store items, monetary gifts, or gifts of services of items for other fundraising efforts. This style of carbonless form is commonly used by non profit organizations, charities, churches, schools and for other fundraising efforts.
